The US EPA's Report on the Environment (ROE) provides a good overview of the importance of wetlands. The EPA has spent tax payers' dollars to create this web section, as the found out it's a scientific fact that wetlands are critical to our planet's health.

Won't the Fresh Water Marsh and Vernal Pool on Parcel 9U be polluted if the developer pipes in polluted sea water from Basin B as proposed.

An article reference from Yes Magazine. Why is it included on this web site? The direction of short term change towards long term goals of Los Angeles Area water independence from imported water is half way told.
