No Fill on Ballona (Post Channel and Post Marina) - OBSERVE - The Landscape Is Unchanged. Raised Roadways used by Oil and Gas Operators today are the same as they were in the 1930's.

The operators used the raised roadways to access the oil and gas derricks so their vehicles would not get bogged down in the wetlands.
