Or does the developer mean bulldoze current animal homes, and replant a careful, artful designed and manicured modern native plant selection, and hope the animals come back? Suitable as a tourist attraction and for hotel guests to gaze upon from their hi-rise rental rooms?

Won't the Fresh Water Marsh and Vernal Pool on Parcel 9U be polluted if the developer pipes in polluted sea water from Basin B as proposed.

During heavy rains, our industrial parking lot would have six inch puddles. Our cement contractor, De Olivera Concrete removed approximately 1,000 feet of concrete, dug a 8 by 8 by 8 foot deep Catchment Basin, filled it with gravel, and installed a steel grate so rainwater could percolate back into the earth. This win, win situation helped the tenant and put much need rainwater back into our aquifer.
